Catalyst Property Media Limited, a company based in Ireland, provides Autism HQ and is the data controller for your personal data. This means we decide how and why your data is used.

Data we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, sign-in details). We use these to create and secure your account. Legal basis: contract.
• Content you add (check-ins, energy levels, tasks, brain-dump thoughts, life areas, preferences). We use this to provide the Service. Legal basis: contract. Some of it may relate to your wellbeing. We only process it because you choose to enter it, and you can delete it at any time. Legal basis: your explicit consent.
• Friend check-ins (what you choose to share with invited friends). We use this to show it to the people you've connected with. Legal basis: contract and consent.
• Usage and technical data (IP address, device and browser details, logs, AI usage counts). We use this for security, fraud prevention, enforcing plan limits and fixing problems. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages. We use these to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share data with

• Service providers for hosting, database, sign-in and AI processing. When you use AI features, the relevant text is sent to an AI provider to produce a response.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles product sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers, such as legal and accounting advisers, when needed.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We never sell your data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. When that happens, we rely on safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your data or your account, it is removed. Data we must keep for legal reasons is kept only as long as required, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data. You also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. You can download or delete your data from the You tab, or contact us. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, so each person can only reach their own data.

Cookies

We only use essential storage, which keeps you signed in and remembers your display and calm-tool settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
