Autism HQ ("the Service") is provided by Catalyst Property Media Limited, a company based in Ireland ("we", "us"). When you use the Service, your agreement is with Catalyst Property Media Limited.
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
Autism HQ is a life-management and self-regulation app with daily check-ins, tasks, brain dumps, calming tools, friend check-ins and AI-assisted features. A free plan and a paid plan (Autism HQ Plus) are available. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your information accurate.
You must not misuse the Service, including:
Some features use AI to sort thoughts, break down tasks and suggest a focus. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so please use your own judgement. You are responsible for what you enter and how you use the results. You must not use the AI features to create illegal, hateful or harmful content, or try to bypass their safeguards. We may filter output, remove content, or restrict accounts that misuse them. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it. Repeated infringement may lead to account termination.
Autism HQ is a supportive tool. It does not provide medical, psychological or diagnostic advice and does not replace professional care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
We own the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it within your plan. Your content stays yours. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only so we can provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Account page, and you keep access until the end of your current period. See our Refund Policy.
We work to keep the Service running well, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", without implied warranties.
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly break our policies. You can delete your account and data at any time from the You tab. When access ends, your data will be deleted.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms and will let you know about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are handled by the Irish courts, without affecting your rights as a consumer. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
